Growing up visiting Winter Park for family vacation gave me a love of the Colorado Mountains. Owning property in Winter Park is a lifetime dream and being able to share my love with others is a true joy. Our family considers Winter Park a home away from home, the place that we can escape and have fun making memories. We take special care of all of our units to ensure that our guests have a personalized experience. We do this because we consider these units an extension of our home and want every guest to feel comfortable. We have traveled the world and some of our fondest memories are those staying in vacation rentals. Our family would like to share our beautiful home with you. This condo is ideally situated near one of Colorado’s premier mountain towns. Winter Park offers year-round outdoor recreation such as hiking mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, & snowmobiling. In the winter, hop on the ski shuttle or drive your car to Winter Park Resort, just 2.7 miles away. There you can ski down powdery slopes in their 7 distinct Ski areas including the terrain park, snowshoe through scenic forests, sled, tube and so much more. Snowmobiling is located a short walk away. During the summer, Winter Park becomes a mountain biker's playground, known as "Mountain Bike Capital USA!" There’s also fishing, hunting, horseback riding, white water rafting and more to enjoy throughout Colorado’s beautiful changing seasons. The condo is situated in Downtown Winter Park, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants to try and shops to browse. Don't miss out on breakfast at Caffe Giocondo, happy hour at Deno's or craft beer at the Hideaway Park Brewery.
