We are right in the direct path for the solar eclipse on Oct. 14th 2023! Great location to witness this phenomena due to the lack of other lights around. Please note that the community is still under construction (we were the first phase to close). During the weekday hours there may be workers in the community finishing up homes and the community amenities like the pool, mercantile, and outdoor music area. At this time, these are not yet available which is why nightly rates have been significantly reduced. Please reach out with any specific questions you may have. The Comal County burn ban is currently on so any outdoor fires are not permitted until the ban is lifted.

We are located off site, but will be available for any questions you have during your stay. We also have a manager located in New Braunfels should you require immediate assistance.

We are located in the serene hill country and conveniently situated between New Braunfels/Gruene and Canyon Lake. While on site you are removed from the hustle and bustle and can enjoy the sounds of the birds in the morning and star gazing at night. However, within a 5-10 minute drive you are in the middle Gruene, New Braunfels, and Canyon Lake. Free parking is provided directly behind the home with easy and convenient access.
