Peaceful and centrally-located house 1.2 miles away from Miami main locations such as Wyndwood, Downtown, Midtown and Miami River. Only 10 minutes drive from Miami Beach and 15 min from Miami International Airport This is a newly renovated studio equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, brand-new AC, private outdoor space with a BBQ and sitting area, queen size bed, clothes storage space, mini refrigerator, smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus. Guest will have access to (1) parking space. This is located in a residential neighborhood.
Hi! My name is Marja, me and my husband Camilo are super excited to host you at one of our properties! We were both born in Cuba but have been living in this beautiful city for over a decade. We are food lovers, we train CrossFit, and we love animals!
This is a residential neighborhood in the heart of the city of Miami-Dade. Although we are 1 mile from Miami hot spots such as Wynwood, Downtown, Miami River, Design District, and 10 min drive from Miami Beach, this is a paradise neighborhood, super quiet and peaceful! You won't be bothered by any noise, no sound of cars or anything of the sort. Our neighbors have been living here for decades, there are no children either, and it is entirely peaceful! We have two supermarkets within walking distance and all the variety of food you can imagine: Spanish, Cuban, Dominican, Italian, Peruvian, etc. If you are a food lover, this apartment is located right in the center of all types and options.
