This recently renovated one-bedroom Gulf Place condo overlooks the courtyard and community pool from the third floor of the Caribbean building. As a Gulf Place guest, you'll have private access to the beach right across the street. Spend your afternoons down on the white gulf sands then rinse off under the outdoor shower before cooking up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen for an evening of sci-fi movies on the large flatscreen cable TV. Later, enjoy a quiet glass of wine out on the balcony while you research tomorrow's Santa Rosa Beach adventure with the free WiFi. You'll be walking distance to SOHO Beach clothing boutiques, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Artist At Gulf Place, 30A Store at Gulf Place, and lots of weekly live shows. Want even more? Try renting some bikes from YOLO Board + Bike for a leisurely ride down the coastline. Six and a half miles away, see where the Truman Show was filmed in Seaside then try some food at one of the Airstream food trucks or head into the Great Southern Café for the Grits a Ya Ya - you'll be glad you did! Things to Know Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
