The space Newly built in 2023. This Little Paradise Home is completely furnished features a 10-foot high ceiling with a wrought iron double entry door, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Guests will have 2 parking spaces on the driveway, Tandum Parking, and their own private gate entrance. This modern suite has all brand new appliances: Stainless Steel Double Sink, Dishwasher, Oven Range, Samsung double door Refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer. 65" TV in the living room, 55" TV in master bedroom and 55" TV in the 2nd bedroom. Located 10 minutes away from South Coast Plaza and Irvine, 15-20 minutes away from fun popular vacation spots like Disneyland, Huntington Beach Pier, Newport Beach, Knotts Berry Farm, Great Wolf Lodge, and Fashion Island. 45 Minutes from LAX Airport & 15 mins from John Wanye Airport. Bella Terra Shopping Center with Costco, Whole Foods and Movie Theater is within 5 mins drive. There are abundance of restaurants in the area.
