We are both professional artists besides being avid horse people. Bob is a high end furniture artist, Kori is an oil & watercolor painter & potter. We have our artwork on display at our house, ask us to see it- we will be happy to show it to you and sell to you if you wish. Both have sold and displayed work on the National and International level
We are American Indian as well. It is our desire to allow people to see and experience what we get to see on a daily basis. We love the stress free beauty and allow others to hike our many trails on our ranch. When you come into our ranch driveway, come on up to our office (a little grey building with a red roof.) Check in at our office and we will show you where your tipi is (A map/note will be on the bulletin board at the office with your name on it. Please read directions and notes ). Our office is open during the day, but we don't stay glued to it. We may be busy in our artists studios- the number is on the door- call us and one of us will show up to help you. If you arrive outside of our office hours, please contact us ahead of time so we can make other arrangements for you.

Heartline Ranch is a 250 acre horse ranch, where we have a campgrounds with genuine Native American tipis, with an ability to allow you to camp as Native Americans have lived in our past traditional way. We are just down from Crater Lake. There is great natural beauty here. Ours is a primitive campgrounds, but we have a solar powered well, and a propane shower and porta potties, and a wash station ( showers open 7am-7pm). Each tipi site has a picnic table and an outside bbq pit, and an inside firepit ring for heat in the evenings. You will need to buy a bundle of firewood for your own tipi. Each tipi is equipped with 4 memory foam mattresses, 4 sleeping bags and 4 pillows. We are on Crater Lake Highway that also leads to Crater Lake, so there are some traffic sounds, but you won't find a prettier place to experience staying in a real tipi. There are only 2 tipis so you have lots of privacy and great hiking trails, among all kinds of birds. There is still a lot more privacy here than in most campgrounds. Come sleep under the clear starry skies which you can see through the top of your tipi, and experience this unique and beautiful place, as our Native ancestors lived.
