Tracey and Mike Burnette are the innkeepers at 1898 Waverly. They are passionate about delivering authentic southern hospitality to our amazing guests who come from all corners of the world.

Property information

We offer authentic southern hospitality 365 days a year. You'll love our large porches with rocking chairs and porch swing. Great conversations and new friends are always found at our 5pm social hour.

Neighbourhood information

We are a block from downtown historic Hendersonville. Hendersonville was recently voted a top ten small town food town by USA Today and has great shopping in addition to amazing diverse restaurants. We are a very short drive Biltmore House, Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Park. Pisgah and DuPont offer great hiking and many waterfalls. We are less than five miles from the State Theatre of NC, Flat Rock Playhouse.
