Nicely appointed, DOG FRIENDLY, 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home located in The Pines, just 2 1/2 blocks to the beach. Perfect for multi-generational family vacation many different areas to play games, read and eat. Enjoy the large three season room for lounging and dining, which opens into the inside kitchen (with TV), dining, and living area (with TV). Pleasant patio area in the backyard with large dining table and an outside shower. The 1st floor has a powder room, bedroom with 1 queen bed and another beautifully furnished bedroom with 2 twin beds and a hall full bathroom. The 2nd floor has a bedroom suite with 3/4 bath and TV, outdoor deck, spacious loft lounge area with TV, and 2 more bedrooms each with 1 queen bed and attached full bathrooms. DOGGIE DOOR gives dog access to enclosed, fenced yard. A shed in the back of the house can be used to store bikes and there is additional outdoor storage on the side of the house. Bed Sizes: Bedroom #1 - Queen, Bedroom #2 - 2 Twins, Bedroom #3 - Queen, Bedroom #4 - Queen, Bedroom #5 - Queen. Outdoor gas grill and off-street parking for four cars. Two complimentary Rehoboth Beach parking passes for use during your stay.
