Within walking distance to local mountain transit.  LIVING SPACE - Cozy 500 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed, electric fireplace, and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming and 1 gig Wi-Fi, board games and card games. Mini split AC unit available. OUTDOORS - Barbecue. Fully fenced backyard. PARKING - 2 car driveway Other things to note: Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.
