Our Hill House Cottage is a large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated right next to a 1400 sqft conference center. (House will be unavailable if conference center is reserved) The cottage has everything you need, including a furnished full kitchen, living room, dining room and washer & dryer. There is baseboard heat and a wood burning stove. This unit requires 1 step to access the porch. Bring the family or small group of friends. Enjoy the wooded retreat around the fire ring or a game of cards on the outside deck. A 2 night minimum stay is required. Sorry ! no pets allowed.

In early June 2018 we had visited a campground in NEast Tennessee and really fell in love with this area. We decided to invest in our future and become the owners of Black Bear Resort which is where the Hill House Cottage is located. We love our neighbors and the guest that visit us. We really fell in love with this beautiful North Eastern part of Tennessee we call home. We look forward to meeting each and every one of you.

Welcome to staying in our woodsy back yard where campfires and story telling is encouraged. Laurel Fork Creek runs right in front of our property. It is well stocked with fresh Rainbow Trout Mar thru June by TWRA. Laurel Falls and Coon Den Falls is just a short .5 walk in each direction from our place. We love that the Cherokee National Forest is right around the corner. Plenty of nature trails to explore with wading pools to dip your toes in.
