Please note that packages and/or parcels delivered to the resort will be subject to a fee at the prevailing rates.

The 1st package 5lbs and under is free.

Parcel deliveries will be accepted only for guests in house or checking in, 3-5 days prior of receipt for a surcharge.

Any deliveries received after a guests stay, or the guest cannot be identified will be returned to sender after 90 days.

The property cannot be responsible for lost or damages goods.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Children stay for free, but total guests cannot exceed max occupancy of room type.

Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time).

Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Paid self-parking is available at the adjacent Boulevard South Lot.

Valet parking is available but limited so reservations are recommended.

Please note that neither location can accommodate oversized vehicles

A damage deposit of US$100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
