Steve and Kristen love sharing their favorite locations in Florida and New England with guests. Steve is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Kristen grew up in Southeast Massachusetts. Both share a love for restoring homes and spending time boating. There is a large grassy park across the street with city views and the North St location is also 10 minute walk to the Old Port.
