Set in the friendly neighbourhood of Davenport, with a mix of local residents & holiday makers. The Rowan's is within easy reach of main attractions and local amenities, like Disney (18 minutes) or Orlando International airport (38 minutes) The open plan accommodation is located on one level with air conditioning throughout. Benefiting from a south facing screened pool with ample poolside furniture, you are sure to create happy memories when you vacation at The Rowans.
I have a large family and The Rowans has been a perfect base for us to explore Florida over the years. We. have created lots of happy memories and would like other families to enjoy and do the same. I have high standards and expectations and believe in treating others as i would like to be treated
