This private oasis is the perfect vacation getaway nestled conveniently between the world famous Siesta Key beach, extremely popular Venice Island beach (shark tooth capital) or the lesser known but equally stunning Casey Key/Nokomis beach just 10 minutes away. If looking for a day away from the beach the home is adjacent to Oscar Scherer State Park, where you can kayak, hike and see the abundant wildlife that South West Florida offers. Just minutes from many great shopping and dining choices. NOTE: BOOKING JANUARY, FEBRUARY or MARCH 2025? Please book whole months only NOT mid-month to mid-month. This time frame is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - February 28? Okay. Want to book February 15 - March 15? Not okay. Please ask first if you are unsure. We will try and work with you. This captivating 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home features all the amenities you can think of for your beach vacation and offers an unbeatable location. This home is ideal for families, small groups, business travelers and even singles. This home can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows: • Master Bedroom: King Bed (1) w/ en-suite bathroom • Bedroom # 1: Queen Bed (1) • Bedroom # 2: Queen Bed (1) Other Important things to note: Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Pets allowed on case-by-case basis. Non-refundable pet fee required. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic lockbox access code to the property. -Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee. - Pool Heat Fee: Additional daily pool heat fee from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
