Built in 1892 and nicknamed "Little Zoar" by its first owner, includes * 4 large inn-style bedrooms w/adjoining bathrooms (+5th bedroom) * Comfy parlor with games, fireplace * family room with TV * Back yard with gazebo * Spacious dining room & well-equipped kitchen * Quiet sunroom w/fireplace, elliptical * Walk to MARC train, bus/metro to DC * All rooms include HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ Room #1: The Silver Suite, includes a king bed, walkout terrace, ante room for a small guest or study, and a private bath with clawfoot bathtub.
