NO PARTIES We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or large gatherings/events. THE BUILDING The apartment is a studio loft so there are no walls separating living space from sleeping space. The Riverfront Loft boosts beautiful high ceilings and original brick walls from when this building was an industrial foundry. It has tons of windows that let in natural daylight. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no other apartment above it, you will need to go up 2 wide staircases to get to the apartment. The apartment is for up to 2 guests only. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. COOKING-IN The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine-out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 stools for at counter dining. There is also a large table with 2 chairs where you can dine and/or work. THE LOFT LAYOUT The space has a small couch with a SmartTV that can be seen from various angles, a queen size bed, and vintage wardrobe. The bathroom is large and has a 20ft ceiling with chandelier! The walk-in full-size shower has 2 glass doors. The apartment has air conditioning and heat, as well as brand new windows. Some windows have blinds while others have room darkening curtains. PARKING There is parking in the driveway for one car.

Conveniently located, a short walk to Downtown or College Hill. Great restaurants nearby and many places to explore within walking distance. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it sits close to a semi busy road
