This amazing vacation home has been recently renovated with new carpets and updates to the kitchen and baths, along with new furnishings throughout. The living room, loft, and master bedroom are also equipped with TV's. Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
