We have updated & have new appliances & furniture. We’re only 30 min drive to Choctaw Resort & Casino if you're wanting to try your luck. We also have a community beach to relax on or fish from only a couple blocks away & boat ramps very close boat docks. Lighthouse is just minutes away! We do charge for pets it 100 dollars per stay.

We live in Colorado and have 7 grandkids and 3 live in Texas with my daughter and husband. We wanted to be able to spend more time with all of them so we purchased this property to stay in while were visiting them. I have been involved with rental property all of my life both with growing up with them to owning them and managing many type of properties.

The Barn-dominium is nestled in the shade of the oak trees on a dead end street where the road ends at the lake which is only 2 blocks away! There is a small sandy beach you can relax at or fish from. The Barn is nestled amongst many oak trees which give off lots of shade in the summer months. It is a rural area and is very quite and relaxing.This cottage is very roomy and bright with all the windows and is very clean and well decorated. We have new comfy beds and fluffy pillows. There is lots of shade from all the oak trees, we have guest that say they feel they are in a treehouse when sitting at the desk area in the sun-room. There is a futon bed in the large area which sleeps 2 comfortably. You will find a full washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. We have Broadband WIFI to access all of your streaming with subscriptions such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu on our 55" TV with ROKU. Were only 15 min to Dennison where you will find antique stores, a Walmart and many restaurants to choose from. If you plan on using the a firepit we ask that you purchase firewood or bring from home. There is a forest behind us but the wood can be hard to get to. Please check to see if there is a fire ban before starting a fire in the firepit. The property is on a routine schedule pest maintenance. You may see one of those little pests that manage to squeeze in and we apologize for the inconvenience. Next door is a barn we rent out so if you have more than 8 in your group you can rent it as well so everyone can be together. The name to look for is Lake Texoma's Shoreline Cottage. Looking for a marina there is Preston Bend Park, Lighthouse Marina and Little Mineral Marina within a few miles away. Many guided tours in Texoma area for fishing as well as dinner cruises nearby. It's just a short drive to numerous liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants. We appreciate you parking in the driveway.
