I am an avid sports fan, and I love hiking, surfing, and cross country skiing. I moved to NYC a few years ago and have been pursuing my graduate studies. Welcome to my comfortable and well designed 2BR in the middle of the best part of downtown Manhattan, Little Italy on the border of SOHO. Large bedrooms, spacious living room, and full bathroom. This is apt is the a real deal! You'll have all the benefits of NYC apt living, walking distance to the best of downtown NYC and just 2 minutes from multiple subway lines. Looking to work from home? I have 2 dedicated work stations.
