Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Airbnb, perfect for families and groups of friends. Our home boasts an open-concept floor plan, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere for you to relax and unwind. The main level features a powder room, coffee bar, and a large garage with plenty of space for two cars, plus an additional two cars in the driveway. Step outside to the rear patio, where you can enjoy the Pergola for shade, a patio set, and a gas grill with grilling tools provided. Upstairs, you'll find four cozy bedrooms, each with premium linens, bedsheets, and beach towels provided free of charge. The queen room has an office table and chair for those who need to work during their stay. Our home is located within the Ocean View Beach Club community, where you'll have access to shared amenities including basketball courts, bike trails, cable, a community center, fitness center, party room, jogging/walking path, outdoor pool, recreational center, sauna, and tennis courts. **Please note that access to the clubhouse is only available to those staying for 7 or more days, and each adult 6 years and older is required to pay thirty-five dollars per person, per stay for a wristband that allows unlimited access. Our prime location is just a few miles from Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Lewes Beach, and Fenwick Island, giving you plenty of options for beach hopping and water activities. In addition, we're close to great shopping at Tanger Outlets and Unique Boutiques, and the nearby Fenwick Island State Park offers opportunities for hiking, biking, and picnicking. If you have a large family or group and need more room, we also have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home next door that you can request.
