Perched like a lighthouse overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this multi-level home provides a one-of-a-kind setting for experiencing the beauty of Lincoln City. From the octagonal tower room, you'll have a commanding view of the ocean, evergreen treetops, and the surrounding neighborhood. The living space is spread out across multiple levels, with a charming living room, a dining space, and a full kitchen with a peninsula breakfast bar greeting you as you enter on the main floor. All three bedrooms - including two with their own flatscreen TV - are on this floor as well. Yet a wealth of entertainment and lounge space await throughout the rest of the house. Through the main bedroom and down half a flight of stairs is a converted garage game room, offering a foosball table. Up the stairs is a comfortable lounge with a gas fireplace, another TV, high-top tables, and windows on three sides that frame the ocean. The spiral staircase leads up to the tower room with even more high-top seating and a door that opens to an ocean-facing balcony.
