Brilliant natural light and spectacular open views of Granby Ranch and distant mountain peaks seem to find every corner of this two-story home, ideally situated just over a mile from the ski resort's base. Skier or snowboarder, golfer or mountain biker, this is a beautiful home base for exploring Colorado's great outdoors. This house sits about five miles south of downtown Granby, where it enjoys proximity to all-season recreation at Granby Ranch. You'll be one mile from Base Camp Lodge and three miles from the Granby Ranch Golf Course. Other wonders of nature - from the slopes of Winter Park Resort, 21 miles away, to Rocky Mountain National Park, 27 miles away.
The main living space is upstairs on the second floor, offering three walls of windows and sliding glass doors that open to the deck. Step outside with a mug of coffee or hot cocoa and marvel at how the setting sun illuminates the mountain landscape.
Enjoy a sleek kitchen, a window-lined dining area, and a living room where you can stream movies by the gas fireplace as the kids watch their own movies in the den downstairs. One of the bedrooms is a primary suite on the upper level with its own TV and bathroom.

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
