Hi, I’m Nicole—designer, entrepreneur, and Southern hospitality enthusiast behind LUXE Designs by Nicole. After nearly two decades designing and decorating sets for film and television, I’ve turned my creative energy toward something more personal: creating a beautifully curated, comfortable space for guests to feel truly at home. What started as a passion project turned into a Boutique Bed & Breakfast where design, intention, and experience all come together under one roof. I believe in the details—those thoughtful touches that make a stay memorable. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway, an extended stay, or anything in between, my goal is to make sure your visit is stylish, seamless, and relaxing from the moment you walk in the door. I live on the property with my sweet dog, Bill (who takes his unofficial role as guest greeter very seriously), and I’m always happy to offer local recommendations, a warm welcome, and a space designed with care. One of the best things about the neighborhood is its unbeatable central location—just 10 minutes from the heart of Atlanta. Whether you're heading into the city for work, play, or sightseeing, everything is within easy reach. A hidden gem nearby is the Michelle Obama Trail, a peaceful and scenic walking path that many visitors overlook. It’s perfect for a morning stroll or an afternoon walk with my dog, Bill—we’re out there almost daily! Fun fact: Gresham Park received a major boost during the Obama administration, earning what locals lovingly call “the neighborhood lottery.” Federal investment brought in new infrastructure, including the Barack Obama Magnet School of Technology, a beautiful recreation center, and that very trail we love so much. It’s a neighborhood with heart, history, and great energy.
