Calling all Beach Lovers to experience paradise in the heart of Marineland - walk 1 min to the beach via private entrance or bike to Bike trails & ramp; Bings Landing, swim with dolphins at Marineland Dolphin. Enjoy the night with family around a firepit or explore our unique beaches. This 3/2.5 is simply amazing - breathtaking ocean views from 2nd & 3rd floors, Game Room in the garage; side door access to outside shower so bring your boat, fishing gear & beach wear to enjoy laid back Florida living! Widely traveled as a clinical researcher. I understand the needs of a home away from home. My property is setup to reasonably accommodate the needs of both business and recreational travelers. I try to take time off my busy schedule to play the wonderful golf courses we have in the area, enjoy a good lawn mow and get some sun at the beach.
If you are in need of groceries, there is a Publix located at 5415 N Oceanshore Blvd Palm Coast, FL 32137 - approximately 5-6 minutes from The Beach House. Restaurants & Bars Explore the local eatery a stone’s throw from The Beach House. My favorite is JT’s Seafood Shack at 5224 N Ocean Shore Blvd, Palm Coast, FL 32137 and Finn’s Beachside Pub is vibrant oceanfront hangout with a large deck bar offering pub grub, karaoke & DJs. Local Attractions While you are here you must visit: Walk/Bike through the Washington Park Swim with dolphins at Marineland Dolphin Adventure Tour Fort Matanzas National Monument Conquer the River to Sea Trail Preserve Go out on the water with Ripple Effect Ecotours
