We have a property manager but understand that contactless check in is preferred by some guests. We therefore offer whichever the guest prefers during the peak season. During the off-season we do contactless check in but are just a phone call or a text away.

We provide free beach passes to the town beaches including Brewster, Carry, & Albee Beach at no charge. We also provide free kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles for guests to use in common during their stay.
