This two-story home away from home offers a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living and dining areas. Spread out comfortably in the airy living area after a refreshing time in the pool and stream your favorite movies, series, and sports on the smart TV. If you are visiting during the winter months, the gas fireplace is in charge to keep you nice and toasty during your stay. Attached to the living room is a screened patio with an inviting seating area overlooking the pond. The kitchen is separate from the living areas and is equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals. All bedrooms are located upstairs, adding a much-needed sense of privacy. The primary bedroom enjoys a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer. Mallard Lakes charges a 150 dollars amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is 100 dollars per week. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
