LOCATION One of the cottages at Mauna Olu is located in a gated community with 24 hours security. This home away from home has a lot to offer with beautiful beaches, local snorkeling, and eateries all within a 10-minute drive. QUIET TIME: This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. PARKING: Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road. Additional Note: We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of 100 USD per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, 50 USD Dollar per person, per night.
