Our spacious townhome is located in a quiet gated community in the heart of the Mauna Lani resort area, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. With two primary suites, each with a king-sized bed, and a third en-suite bedroom with two twin beds, there is room to comfortably sleep six.  Our partnership with Kona Coast Vacations means that you can rest assured that the condo will be supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and towels for your stay, and experienced on-island concierge service.  Our kitchen has all the tools you need to make the most of Hawaii’s local bounty.  Take advantage of the built-in gas grill on the private lanai to enjoy dinner with the view.  Walk (or take a very short drive) to the Shops at Mauna Lani or the Fairmont Orchid Hotel to enjoy a meal, take in local culture, or just relax and enjoy. Your stay at Villages 407 includes access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club, where you’ll find cabanas and lounge chairs, as well as excellent snorkeling straight from the beach.  Paddleboards, kayaks and other beach gear can be rented on-site, and you can enjoy a memorable sunset dinner or relaxing lunch at the Napua Restaurant on the Beach Club grounds.  Take a picturesque stroll along the shore from the Beach Club to the famous Mauna Lani hotel.  Along the way, you will pass beautifully preserved ancient Hawaiian fish ponds that showcase Hawaiian ingenuity and harmony with the natural world. Our fantastic location on the Kohala coast means, beaches, spa facilities, shopping, golf, beautiful parks, local culture, and some of the best restaurants and farmer’s markets on the island.  Please note, security cameras with video and audio are installed in the garage and outside the front entry door. Minimum night varies seasonally, 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property manager within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not received, the reservation may be canceled. The guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation if they pass the 48 hour time frame.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00. A 25% deposit and completed Guest Reservation Application are required for booking confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Reservations may be canceled for late payment or extenuating circumstances (e.g. double bookings, property sale, or emergency repairs).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
