Entire home and screen covered private pool in quiet neighborhood, 3 bed, 2 bath, grill and spacious patio. Modern kitchen, includes washer and dryer, and perfect for Remote Work getaways with fast WiFi, TV and desks in every room! Close to restaurants, shopping, and 35 minutes from Airports (RSW and PGD).

Beautiful neighborhood in a secluded, low traffic area in SW Pelican with many upscale houses, and across the street from the canal. Easy access to Cape Coral Pkwy just under a mile to nearby restaurants and shopping. Long elevated driveway which allows for plenty of parking.
