Property information

This stylish place to stay is perfect for singles or small group trips. After your 5min walk from beach you will relax in this spacious, mid-century house. Sugar Sand Bungalow #1 is perfectly appointed with a relaxing mid-century modern and local beach feel. House is completed remodeled with King Bed, full kitchen with handmade butcher block island, and a sweeping sofa with pull out queen bed. Guests have access to shared Washer/Dryer and outdoor fire pit sitting area. Quiet neighborhood and just 5min walk from the 10th and 12th Ave Beach entrances. Very walkable with restaurants and shops within 10-15min by foot.

Quiet neighborhood. Only a 5min walk to the beach. Nearby is a small park with exercise equipment and playground for children. Additionally, access to the nature preserve and intercostal walkway is 1min from the door.
