This multi-level oceanfront vacation home offers six en-suite bedrooms, a half bathroom, an open-concept gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room and great room, an outdoor living space, an expansive deck, and a screened-in porch. The first floor has four en-suite bedrooms, a family room, a deck, and a screened-in porch. The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms, a great room with a gas fireplace, an open concept kitchen, a dining room, and an expansive deck. The ground level has two sets of washers/dryers. Parking is available for six cars, and you'll have an outdoor shower and a foot shower. This home also features an appealing inverted floor plan, all new appliances and furnishings, and an elevator, and its located in the private community of Middlesex Beach which offers security guards and lifeguards.
Situated on the oceanside of Coastal Highway between Bethany and South Bethany beaches, this community is just what you've been hoping to find for your next beach vacation. You'll be just a short distance to the beach, and you can always drive to Bethany Beach or Fenwick Island to enjoy the many attractions.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The grill is available from May through September.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
