My modern 3-bedroom house has everything you need for your JACKSONVILLE BEACH trip. Our home comes with Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly workspace, and free coffee and tea. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient private bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Our home is 5 minute walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and beaches. An ideal base to explore JACKSONVILLE BEACH. The space Newly remodeled Beach Home near the beach. Take off your flip flops and come inside. Fully equipped kitchen includes large refrigerator, Coffee bar with electric kettle and toaster Walking distance to restaurants & shopping (Coffee shop, Salon and Spa’s ) just 4 blocks away! Easy check in and checkout with pin pad. Onsite parking. 10 min drive to Mayo Clinic. 15 min drive to Naval Base Mayport. This single story home has lots of light and is just walking distance to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, cooking tools, and dinnerware to feel like you are at home. Stop and get food and drinks and you are set, let us know in advance and for an additional fee we can have it stocked and ready for your arrival including a personal chef. Two additional sofa sleeper with comfortable mattress and self-inflating airbed are available. High speed Wifi, Games, books and plenty more to do for everyone! Guest access Guests will have use of the entire home. 4 parking spaces are available in the driveway with even more private fenced parking at the side of house.
