Lovely remodeled single story house with unique style and WI-FI. Master bedroom with King bed has a beautiful view to an expansive backyard. Other 2 bedrooms also features king beds. Bright living room (w 1 sofa bed, 71"x60"), modern kitchen and dinning/office areas. Large backyard has covered patios, outdoor sittings walls, relaxation areas, plants and waterfall. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. A quick 2-minute drive to the FWY. Great for family vacations, work, or long stays. Our home has mountain views, and it is close to parks, hiking trials, golf club, and the beach is only a 25 min ride through the canyon to Malibu. Please Note: Commercial photography and filming are NOT allowed on this property.
I enjoy the outdoors and sports. My hobbies including playing and watching basketball and soccer, and doing house renovation and interior design. I also really enjoy hosting and try to achieve outstanding level of customer service :)
Thousand Oaks beautiful and safe neighborhood Private drive way parking for 2-3 cars, many roadside parking freely available. Easy and quick 101 Freeway access is only about 2 minutes away. Our home has mountain views, and it is close to parks, hiking trials, golf club, many restaurants and shopping malls. And the beach is only a 25 min ride through the canyon to Malibu.
