If you prefer to drive, you're also just a short trip from all these locations. Enjoy the vibrant North Beacon Hill neighborhood, known for its diverse food scene, cozy cafés, and scenic parks with stunning city views! This home offers a spacious layout with 2 queen memory foam beds, 1 sofa bed (69 inches x 36 inches as a bed), a minisplit in each room for both heating and cooling. Enjoy a 55-inch smart TV, free Peacock TV premium, keyless entry, and board games. Full access to the entire place, including a private entrance, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. 2 dedicated parking spaces with additional street parking available. My co-host and I are very responsive through Booking messages, typically replying almost immediately and at most within an hour. We’re here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, so feel free to reach out anytime! Strict quiet hours from 10PM - 9AM are enforced: no laundry, no loud noise. No parties. No smoking or vaping inside. Five hundreds dollars fee for any violation. Late checkout is Fifty dollars per hour, and after 2 hours, a full day’s rate will apply. Please note that this fee is a penalty for overstaying and does not authorize an extended stay. If any additional costs arise from preparing the space or if a cancellation/refund is needed for the next guest due to the delay, those costs will be passed on to the current guest. The unit is fully private with its own entrance and amenities, and is part of a home with two other separate units. Please note that while we have quiet hours in place, some noise is still expected due to the nature of a shared building.
