We live on the property at certain times of the year. There are 2 short term rentals on the property (both sleep 2). One is a studio that's part of the main house on the ground floor beside this guesthouse. The other guests have their own patio and use of the walking paths and property. They do not use your designated patio or balcony. The driveway directly in front of the guest house is on first come bases. If the other unit is occupied and using the driveway to park, you can park on the 3rd driveway with gravel surface just below the guesthouse. There is a path and solar lit steps that lead up to the guest house. If you require no steps access, please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate your request by saving the parking spot in front.

Situated at the top of the beautiful neighborhood in Prescott called 21 curves by the locals. Hence, the uniqueness of the topography, views and homes. Close to hiking and biking trails, horse-riding, pickle ball, restaurants, concerts, music, grocery stores, and many more amenities. Driving distance to Flagstaff, Sedona, Jerome, Grand Canyon, Bearzona and so much more....
