Brand new construction on the hillside with stunning views of downtown, stadiums and Mt. Rainier, located at the cusp of First Hill. Expertly crafted layout, modern convenience, designer details. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes comfort, privacy, and style a winning hallmark. Beautiful kitchen with high-end cabinets, quartz counters, stylish accents, and stainless appliances. Guests have dedicated parking. The house is centrally located, a short walk to Seattle University and Capitol Hill.
I work full-time as a Consumer Insights Manager, in Bellevue area. I am originally from Brazil and my husband from Germany, we've been married for 10 years, and have a 5 year old boy. We like to explore new places, experience new things and make new friends! As we do not occupy the space listed, our guests have full privacy. However, we live in the city (about 10-15 minutes away) and are available to answer any questions that our guests may have and could drive to the house in case of an emergency, at reasonable hours. Important notes are placed throughout the house so our guests feel safe, comfortable and empowered to enjoy their stay with us.
