This 2nd floor unit has an open floor plan with high ceilings. 400 Ocean #1200 features a large living area and state of the art kitchen. A lovely banquette provides the seating in the dining area. Both the king bedroom and the queen bedroom have en-suites and balconies that extend the length of each room. The complex is gated with reserved parking and a community pool and grill area. Walk to the St. Simons Lighthouse, restaurants, shops and the Pier and enjoy the quaint Village of St Simons Island during your visit. If you have a dog, you are welcome to bring him with you as the condo is pet friendly. (Two dogs, max) Location, location, location!
