The house is set on a very quiet street that backs up to a cul de sac, so there is very limited traffic. It is very centrally located and less than 10 minutes away from Palm Beach International Airport. The Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society is a quick walk through the end of the street, so perfect for families wanting to take their kids to the zoo! There is a Publix grocery store and CVS convenient store located less than 1 mile away, so it is very easy to get any grocery and necessary supplies!
