Idyllic South Cocoa Beach Retreat: Experience comfort and charm in our newly renovated property. Enjoy the convenience of a two-block walk to the beautiful beach, easy access to the canal for fishing. Explore nearby restaurants, stores, and shopping options just a few blocks away. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials and a delightful coffee and tea bar. Rest well on our comfortable beds. Unwind on the screened-in porch or in the inviting living room area.
I am a husband, father, and friend. I love life and people. I have traveled to 25+ countries. Twenty years of youth ministry in Indiana. Ten years of entrepreneurial nonprofit work serving forgotten children, providing business training in Kenya + South Africa. I don't have it all together. I keep finding that people and life aren't perfect. Yet I choose hope over cynicism and love life!
This unit is a duplex. You have your own entrance and private outdoor area. One of the reasons we purchased this property was to use it and to walk the blocks. Two blocks one way is the Banana River where you can fish off the dock. Two blocks the other way is the beach. Between the two is friendly neighborhoods to walk and talk and enjoy the safety and beauty of the area.
