THE PROXIMITY: This area is a highly popular residential area of Anastasia Island, with nearby Matanzas Inland, lovely for lounging, swimming and boating. A bit further south in Palm Coast is Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock. Just across the street from this neighborhood is the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 25 minutes best parts of prime St. Augustine beach and historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is within 15 minutes from Publix grocery store.

Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club is a lovely community at the very southern point of St. Johns County near the border where you cross into Flagler County by Matanzas Inlet. Summerhouse is the final condo complex on the island before it becomes the inlet, so it is very private and is situated next to preserve. The beach accesses are plentiful and easy to access via a code we will provide. The beaches are clean and walkable here! Drive-able within 35 minutes are the best parts of prime St. Augustine beach and historic downtown St. Augustine! To the south is Marineland followed by Washington Oaks State Park, both excellent for family fun!
