Inside, you will be greeted by hardwood floors, contemporary furnishings, and plenty of room to kick back and relax. The living area is open and bright, boasting a smart TV for streaming and a foosball coffee table for some added entertainment. There will be no need to venture out for meals with the full kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and bar seating to keep the chef of the group company. THINGS TO KNOW
-This building has two units: an upper and lower unit. They are not connected inside and are accessible from separate outside entrances, both located on the back of the building.
-This rental is for the upper unit.
-The front door goes to a space that is not rentable and will never have occupants.
-There are train tracks nearby, but there are no trains running on the track at this time.
-Streaming is available with guests' own account.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
