Enjoy deluxe amenities throughout your rental and beach access through your Cabana Club membership, as well as access to a heated outdoor pool, bar area, pool spa, tennis court, and easy beach access. This snowbird-friendly duplex is located in the heart of Key Colony Beach and some of the most popular attractions and places to visit include Sunset Park Beach, Key Colony Beach Golf Course, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Dolphin Research Center, Curry Hammock State Park, Seven Mile Bridge, Sombrero Beach Park, Crane Point Museum and Nature Center, and Pigeon Key Foundation and Marine Science Center.
This property is made up of two separate duplexes, each with its own charm and amazing amenities that will make your stay unforgettable, including a private dock that can accommodate a 36-foot boat and access to the canal in the backyard. Both duplexes (330 and 320) have the same floor plan, coastal-themed decor, and distribution. Discover a first floor with an eat-in kitchen with all the major appliances needed to prepare exquisite treats and full-course meals, a dining area, and a screened balcony overlooking the backyard and canal. The upper level houses a sunny living room with comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and a precious private balcony, and two bedrooms, each with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Duplex 330 includes a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer on the first level. Additional perks include four beach chairs, a gas grill, and central AC.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
