Laundry Facility is open 24/7 in clubhouse 1 for a small fee. WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE. (not all units have a functioning fireplace, please inquire before booking) During the winter or really anytime of year, enjoy our wood burning fireplace in applicable units. Wood bundles are provided with a gel starter packet for purchase. If the fireplace is something you really want to use please preorder your bundles of wood and we will make sure they are there for your upcoming visit. Please remember to open the flue!!! In our living area is a smart tv so you can stream on Netflix or another streaming service. We also offer Free WiFi and basic cable. POOLS The shared clubhouse pools are seasonal and open Memorial Day to Columbus Day. Free Wifi available in both clubhouses too! You must bring your own towels to the pools As well as the jacuzzi during the off season. FREE PARKING With plenty of free open parking, this unit has the easiest access from car to room, for those with limited mobility or anyone who can't walk far most are ground level units.
