Enjoy a peaceful and stylish experience at this centrally-located newly constructed custom-designed home. 1 mile from Center City with easy access to all the Philly attractions, dining, events, museums, historical sites and nightlife. Walk to Rittenhouse Square, South Street, Graduate Hospital and Fitler Square. There are absolutely no events or parties allowed at this property! Also no unapproved guests allowed without permission of host.
I enjoy nature, the ocean, hiking, yoga, biking, rollerblading, cooking, good food, good friends, animals and art. Some of my favorite travel destinations are: Croatia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Brasil, Iceland and South Africa. I love to read and have a large collection of books. I am also an avid movie goer and especially enjoy character driven films. I am a vegetarian and love tasting new kinds of ethnic foods. I have traveled both 5 star style and hostel style. My favorite part of traveling is meeting and getting to know different kinds of people. I will be available virtually, via telephone, text and airbnb messaging.
Experience the thrills of urban life where lots of stimulating and cultural ctivities are within walking, biking and short uber rides away. Located in trendy multi-cultural Point Breeze neighborhood. Rated 80 out of 100 for walkability. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and sight seeing nearby. Public transportation and bike rental depot with e bikes within 1 block radius. Centrally located, 1 mile south of Rittenhouse Square, walk there in 30 minutes. Close to South Street, Graduate Hospital, Schuykill Riverwalk, Italian Market, East Passyunk, Broad Street, Easily access: Art Museum, Barnes Museum, Rodin Museum, Airport, Amtrak Station, U Penn, Drexel, Kimmell Center, World Cafe, Independence Hall, Wells Fargo Center. You can easily get around without a car and walk, bike or Uber almost anywhere in the city from this location. Public transportation is within a block, a bike rental depot with standard and ebikes is located at the corner and easily accessed with a smartphone app. There is also a zipcar depot not far. Street parking is usually available with a 1 block radius if you choose to drive or rent a car.
