Welcome to the heart of Scottsdale! This condo is walking distance to Old Town, Fashion Square, and the Entertainment District. It features custom-built cabinets and marble counters and travertine flooring. The pool refreshes during the summer months and is heated in the winter for year-round enjoyment. It's the perfect spot to post up and enjoy hundreds of world class restaurants, golf courses, amazing hikes, sporting events, nightlife, and shopping. Please note that the unit is located in a walk-up and is accessible only by stairs.
