You just found your beachfront vacation condo! Come and enjoy our beautiful ground-floor unit, which is just seconds away from sandy feet. Walk out to your private patio, which is covered and furnished with outdoor seating for you to enjoy and unwind with a sea breeze. Relax with the peaceful view and enjoy the garden, just steps away from the pool and beach! It’s perfect for the whole family. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. - All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 300 USD fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
