Rinse off the sand from the beach in the outdoor shower, then come on in. This classic sea cabin home features shots of color and whimsy that make it an ideal spot for beach fans. There are so many nooks and crannies, you won't know where to relax first! You'll love cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, both because of the full-size appliances and the bright teal ceiling that matches the home's stemware. The built-in bunk beds will be a fun retreat for younger guests who want to enjoy their own space. One of the upstairs bedrooms not only features an en suite bathroom, but a bonus vanity and a private furnished balcony. As the sun goes down, enjoy cooking the catch of the day out on the private gas grill and enjoying it together on the furnished back patio. Of course, the beach is always just a short walk away.
Snowbirds are welcome too, so feel free to take an extended stay here!

The 4th bedroom with the full-sized bed has a separate entrance outside the main entrance.
This home features free high-speed WiFi and cable.
Beach towels, beach umbrella, and four beach chairs are available for guest use.
Paid parking is only available.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
