Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee by the Lake is conveniently located on W. Irlo Bronson Mem Hwy, right next to Mile Marker 4. Featuring a year-round outdoor pool, as well as free scheduled transportation Disney World. Disney's Hollywood Studios is 4.3 km away. Each room is fitted with a 40-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels. Certain units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Beds at this Quality Inn & Suites feature pillow top mattresses. Views of the lake, pool or garden are featured in certain rooms. Rooms have a private bathroom. For your comfort, the bathroom features free toiletries, a hairdryer, and curved shower rods. In addition to free Wi-Fi, you will find free shuttle service to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. Free local calls and a wake-up service is also offered. Disney's Boardwalk 5 km from Quality Inn & Suites Disney, while Epcot is 6 km from the property. The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport, 30 km from the property. Minimum age to check-in is 18. We offer Housekeeping service after the 3rd night. Quality Inn & Suites accepts mail and packages sent on behalf of guests, for an additional cost. A major credit/debit card is required for all bookings. We reserve the right to authorize your card for a minimum of 1-night room & tax. Should for any reason the card you provided to reserve your room declines to authorize for 1 night's stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation once the cancellation deadline has passed. A credit/debit card is required for all reservations, for a security deposit of 100.00 USD will be collected at check-in. It can take up to 30 days for the authorization to release, depending on your bank institute. Discount Tickets are available in the lobby. Breakfast Hours as of Sept. 8, 2025 are as follows: Monday - Friday 6am-9am. Saturday - Sunday 7am-10am. Unfortunately, our outdoor pool is NO LONGER HEATED.
