This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. If you have more that 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. No daytime guests allowed.
In order to receive check in details: Valid Photo ID and Electronic Rental Agreement signature is required. If property is advertised as "pet friendly" additional pet fees will be collected by New Braunfels Escapes directly.
