THE UNIT: Located a mile from RMNP's Fall River Entrance, minutes from downtown Estes Park and steps from Fall River, Fall River Casita ("small house on Fall river") is a perfect base for your Rocky Mountain adventures. Start your day with coffee on the patio before heading to the beautiful trails and lakes in the park. Then return to enjoy a beer by the river. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or eat at one of the many restaurants in town. Unwind by the fireplace, or reconnect on the 1Gbps internet and smart TV. The unit is a cozy first-floor condo with walnut floors and a decor best described as mountain cabin with modern amenities. It was used as a vacation home by owners and is only now available as a short-term rental. STR #21-ZONE3131

My wife (Sree) and I live in Longmont, CO with our 10 year old daughter and 2 year old Bordoodle. We are originally from India and have lived in the US for more than a decade. We love to travel and try to do atleast a couple of trips each year to destinations within the US and outside. We've enjoyed staying at short term rentals during these trips and believe they make a vacation more immersive and memorable, even if used as pitstop for a things to do list.
In 2022, we turned our vacation home in Estes Park into a short-term rental and look forward to welcoming guests to our "Fall River Casita".
